Fictional course set in a rural area surrounding a historic home.
Very hazarded course with forced carries to several greens, water, and several holes close to the OB boundary (marked by the wooden fence). Should be a good matchplay course.
Plenty of pins on each green. Easy and medium pins are concentrated in the central parts of the greens. The difficult pins will give the most variety for replays.
Greens are gently sloped so they should play nicely on the fastest green speeds.
